Teams will compete in a 2 day 3 game guarantee format. Tournament format will be configured based upon the total # of teams in each bracket. All teams GAURENTEED to play at ITN Turf Fields, at least one of the days. This Tournament is a Mid-Week Event (Wednesday - Thursday)
Tournament Details
- Games played Outdoors
- Two Day Tournament - Three game minimum
- Baseballs and umpires are included in registration fee
- Champion & Runner Up awards
- Thursday seeding with >4 Teams- Based on Wednesday's Pool Play games. Top teams will compete in a single-elimination
- Thursday seeding with <4 Teams - Pool Play will continue on Thursday, as the top two teams will play for the Championship
Tournament Format
- One-hour fourty-five finish the inning games
- 8U - 10U, 46'/60'
- 11U - 12U, 50'/70'
- 13U - UP, 60'/90'
- Schedule based on overall # of teams per division
- Umpires
- 8U - 10U, pool play through semifinal - one umpire; championship - two umpires
- 11U - Older, two umpires
Pre - Game Warm Up
- Coaches are asked to have the team ready to play 20 Minutes before the scheduled start time
- No Infield/Outfield
- Please stay off the foul lines when stretching & throwing in the outfield

Hotels
- In The Net Tournaments are Stay to Play. Teams requiring overnight lodging are required to book rooms through Signature Sports Lodging. Teams that do not wish to reserve rooms through Signature Sports Lodging may choose the Hotel Buyout option during checkout. Signature Sports Lodging offers the best rates in the Hershey/Harrisburg region and offer cancellation opportunities during weather related cancellations.

- Registration is not complete until your payment in full is received
- Full payment is required 30 days in advance of the tournament

- Team Pre-Orders are due Monday prior to the tournament at 11:00am
- Limited quantities available for sale during the event, pre-order to guarantee your size

Field Map
- Wellspan Field 1 is the only field with lights
- Fields 2 & 3 are closest to the dome
- Fields 4,5,6 are across the street
- 4 Batting cages are located beyond right field of Wellspan Field 1
- Restrooms can be found in the Overflow Parking Lot beyond left field of Field 4, as well as inside the dome/main lobby
- Concessions are located beyond the outfield of Fields 2 & 3
